As a New York City girl I come by many difficult
and tragic thing when I just walk outside I go outside and all I see is trash. I
hate being now as a new Yorker and saying I am a new Yorker I mean don't get me
wrong I love new York and I am proud but the trash is something I am not proud
of. There is garbage everywhere 13000 tons of garbage a day. that allot of
garbage I which we could change that and even if we can bring it down even if
just by a ton or two we can have cleaner air. If we continue in this rate, we
will be buried in trash no time. Which worries me deeply? when I do see all
that trash on the floor it also gets me scared I see of it as kind of a warning
that if we don't everything will be ruined,
I feel even if we do change our garbage rate even
by a ton us new Yorkers will be doing better. We all should challenge ourselves
to waste allot less and by wasting less we are saving our money. It’s a win
situation so why not I say we should try it.

i would like to go make my picture book on racism. i feel i can make my story about how people are not accepted and how this is so wrong. that we are all the same no matter what happens and we are all capable for doing everything we want to do and nothing can stop i will try to do this in a simple way and show all in a different way racism happened for a long time and it finally end and now we should show what had happened and give an nicer example of how it was a horrible time.
reading respounce
I have just recently started reading a new book. The book is
called unbelievable. I have seen the series and this was what happens
next. The book is about these 4 girls who are still being harassed by their
best friend that just died. They get text messages that are unavailable with. The
signature A (that what they called there friend)
when I first
started the book I was still confused Hannah was in the hospital recovering
everyone else was with aria something had happened to Hannah but she was okay’s
feel that “A” had done something for her because in the first book the girl get
used and pushed around by “A” and this mystery person can be anyone because
they were mean to all and so now it is time for pay back. I think the lesson
that the reader is trying to show the real world isn’t so nice and friendly
which I thinks better than giving off something that is never really true. Not
everything goes there way which is what I really enjoy about the series I will
like to continue reading and find out what will happen next!

two voice poem
This is the poem I wrote with my
friend Eliza in class it is about two different children. A girl with two dads,
and a boy who is gay, and is scared to tell or reveal himself to his parents.
Hope you like it.
I AM DIFFERENT.
Growing up with two dads, I always felt different from the rest.
I always saw myself a little differently.
I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE TELLING MY PARENTS HOW I FEEL.
I can never have girl talk with my dad’s.
They would never understand.
I DON'T FIT IN WITH MY FAMILY.
I see people differently.
People see me differently.
THEY CAN'T SEE PAST HOW I love.
They are trying to understand, and that's why I love them.
They don't know how to understand, but I love them.
This is a poem I
wrote all by myself about two different teenagers one that is rich
and one that is very poor I hope you enjoy it.
BEING ME IS VERY HARD
You have to make sure you are always
in tip top condition
You have to wake up and look for
food for your siblings and parents
I HAVE TO MAKE HUGE DECISIONS
I have to decide what to wear and
who to make friends with I have to be the best
I have to decide to go to school or
work we have to get money some how
AT SCHOOL EVERYONE LOOKS AT ME
DIFFERENTLY
Everyone looks at me thriving to be
me hugs and waves from people I don't even know
They point and cover their noses I
have to wear the same things everyday
I HAVE BIG PLANS
I will be a supper model best in the
world
Me and my family will live in a
house with tons of food so we will always be full

the last song
I have just recently finished the last song by Nicolas sparks, my main character Ronnie has
changed a lot from when I last blogged about her she has met the person who
understands her and someone she understands will, they both found something in
common the turtle which I feel is a symbol in this story.
The turtles are a huge symbol because I think they
represent the happiness the family’s happy days because as soon as the turtle
decided to leave that is when everything went terrible. Tables were turned they
had found out that Ronnie’s dad has cancer changing everything the turtle left
and everything went from a perfect life to being horrible. Ronnie used her
motherly instinct to protect these turtles and as soon as they left she has to use
those same instincts on her dad to protect him as he fights these horrible deices.
I feel by the end of the book Ronnie understood
what her father has been going through, after staying with him and how he has
always been excepting Ronnie. She also realized all the bad things she saw in
her dad weren’t true and it hurt me the most when I found out that her father has
past away. Another symbol in the book is her dads song she finishes it. Showing
that, she is living off her dad’s dream of having an amazing pianist as a
daughter.

Who Says lyrics
Songwriters: Emanuel Kiriakou;Priscilla Hamilton
Songwriters: Emanuel Kiriakou;Priscilla Hamilton
I wouldn't wanna be anybody else, hey
You made me insecure, told me I wasn't good enough
But who are you to judge
When you're a diamond in the rough
I'm sure you got some things
You'd like to change about yourself
But when it comes to me
I wouldn't want to be anybody else
I'm no beauty queen, I'm just beautiful me
You got every right to a beautiful life, come on
Who says, who says you're not perfect
Who says you're not worth it
Who says you're the only one that's hurting
Trust me that's the price of beauty
Who says you're not pretty
Who says you're not beautiful, who says?
It's such a funny thing
How nothing's funny when it's you
You tell 'em what you mean
But they keep whitin' out the the truth
It's like the work of art
That never get to see the light
Keep you beneath the stars
Won't let you touch the sky
I'm no beauty queen, I'm just beautiful me
You got every right to a beautiful life, come on

Who says you're not star potential
Who says you're not presidential
Who says you can't be in movies
Listen to me, listen to me
Who says you don't pass the test
Who says you can't be the best
Who said, who said?
Would you tell me who said that, yeah

I picked
this song because I feel like it gives a message or it tells a story in a way.
It starts off with someone or something being insulted or hurt and, whatever is
being hurt is realizing they are better than this. The rest of the song goes on
talking about how no one can tell you anything being very inspirational.
There is
repetition in this song they say who says a lot. Or like who say can be thought like who cares
or who are you. But I feel it is like who cares what you say you do anything,
being the message I feel they are trying to pass to their audience also like
the part where they say “you keep whitin out the truth” I feel here they are
talking about how there are part in everybody that you can’t see, but that
shouldn’t change how you feel and who you are for that. And also the part where it says"who say your not star potential who say your not presidential... who say you cant be in movies" it basically saying what everyone else was saying was completely wrong it is what you think that actually matters. I feel this song is a great inspirational song.

The Last Song
I
have just recently started The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks. It is
about a girl named Ronnie. She is a very unique and beautiful person, who is
different and trying to fit into society. She is struggling and hurt. She has
come to spend the summer with her dad. But something is disturbing her and I
wanted to find out what, so then I researched why she was struggling. I mean
Ronnie is a good kid who is never in the right place in the right time. Even
though she might be a good kid she still has an attitude towards her dad. I
think the main thing is that she is going through the life of divorced parents.
Her brother shows that he is missing his father while Ronnie shows it in a
different way. Ronnie shows it with an aggressive remark. While her brother
shows it by asking questions. He asks questions and wants to know what is
happening and he knows it isn't his dads fault and wants to fix things. Ronnie
is craving attention so badly she even decided to steal something from a store
back in New York, but she has learned her lesson. When her new friend was
stealing she stooped her and then paying for it. Ronnie now right from wrong
but she is still acting very weird and strange.
It might be this or it
might just be some teenage rebellion. Which is what all teenage girls go
through sometimes it just doesn't work out but, Ronnie she is different from
other girls, it is not just all hurt and bitter she has a sweet side and her dad
sees it in her. She tries to save these turtles she sees on a beach showing her
caring compaction for animals and other things. The turtle seem to be a big
symbol they come up in the story a lot I would like to read forward and see
what symbol or what this can be. She is
a crazy character. But she knows right from wrong that's why Ronnie is a
fun character to figure out on my opinion she is a normal girl with a lot going
on her world and she is struggling but this summer ahead of her may even help
her live her life ahead of her.
